The package you pick includes monthly credits. Extra credits above that are a quantity on the same subscription. Yearly takes two months off the package only. Extra credits keep billing every month.
A standard reply is one credit. Long and in-depth replies, images, voice minutes and executed CRM changes add published weights. Tokens are recorded internally; they are not the billed unit.
Plan credits expire at the end of the cycle. Purchased top-up packs expire 12 months after the charge. The meter uses the lot that expires first.
The widget chrome stays up. AI send is blocked. The client can still reach your team.
Starter shows Replyfect. Pro is neutral: no Replyfect, no agency mark. Elite is your logo, colors, and bot name.
You do, on Elite. Import your lessons, hide or replace ours, and preview what the client sees.
The account stays open. The widget, tickets, and Quick support library keep working. Only AI stops.
