Roles

The agency is the controller of HighLevel contact data and of content published through the widget. Replyfect is the processor of that data when we run replies and support. Replyfect is the controller of the agency account and of billing records.

Sub-processors

We use the processors named in the Privacy Policy: Firebase, Stripe, Resend, model providers, and OpenAI for speech-to-text when voice is on. HighLevel is the agency’s system, not our processor.

Isolation

Memory and conversation data are isolated per agency and per contact.

Requests

To export or delete agency data, email support@replyfect.com.

No sale

We do not sell personal data.
