Who we are
Replyfect processes account, billing, and widget data to operate the Support OS. Contact: support@replyfect.com.
Account data
We store the work email you provide at signup, HighLevel tokens required to operate the integration, agency settings, and billing identifiers from Stripe.
Widget and conversation data
Messages, attachments, and derived memory are stored to answer the next turn. Screenshots submitted for vision are processed to analyze the screen. Memory is isolated per agency and contact.
Processors
Typical processors include Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), model providers used for AI replies, and OpenAI for speech-to-text when voice is on. HighLevel is your system, not our processor. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
You may request export or deletion of agency data by emailing support. Legal holds and billing records may be kept as required.
