The service
Replyfect provides a Support OS for HighLevel agencies: an embeddable widget, an agency dashboard, AI replies billed per turn, and related hosting. You must have authority to connect the HighLevel agency you link.
Accounts and checkout
Signup requires a work email and Stripe Checkout. A card is collected when the 30-day trial starts. An agency workspace is created when you connect HighLevel, not at payment time. You are responsible for seats you invite.
Credits and plans
A standard reply costs one credit; the published weights on the pricing page set what costs more. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle with no rollover. Purchased credits expire 12 months after the charge. Amounts on the pricing page follow the catalog in the product.
The widget on customer sites
You decide which sub-accounts may load the widget. You are responsible for the content, knowledge, and branding you publish through it. HighLevel writes proposed by the assistant require a human approval from your team.
Cancellation
You may cancel from the billing portal. Access follows the subscription status in Stripe. Chargebacks may disable the widget immediately.
